I hold two lives at once, on purpose.
For ten years I worked in corporate coaching and investment — rooms where results are measured, decisions are scrutinised, and nothing gets taken on faith. That discipline still shapes how I run my practice: on time, discreet, without spectacle.
I also moved here from elsewhere. I know the particular tiredness of building a life in a language and a system that aren't yours — and how long the body takes to believe it has arrived.
The other life is older than my career. I come from a family line of healers — my grandfather among them — who worked with energy long before it had a Western name. Reiki, when I found it, felt less like learning something new and more like being handed back something I already carried.
I don't ask clients to believe in anything. I ask them to lie down for forty-five minutes and notice what happens.
