Reiki in your hotel room or villa works exactly like a session at my space in Cannes, except you don't go anywhere. You need a quiet room and 45 minutes. I bring everything else, arrive discreetly, work while you lie on the bed fully clothed, and leave you to sleep or go to dinner. Hotels on the Croisette, villas in Cap d'Antibes, apartments in Monaco, a yacht at anchor — all fine.
This is the format most of my clients choose, and the one I'd choose myself if I'd just landed. Here's how it goes, what it costs, and the questions people ask before the first one.
What you need
A room where you won't be interrupted for an hour, and somewhere flat to lie down — a bed is ideal, a wide sofa works. Nothing else. You don't need to prepare the space, change clothes, or clear the terrace. If the room is loud, close the shutters; a hotel room at 3 pm with the shutters down is one of the best places on the Riviera to do this.
What I bring
Myself, on time, quietly. If there's a table I'll use it; if not, the bed is fine and often better. There's no equipment, no candles, no music unless you ask. I'll ask you two questions at the door — how you slept, and whether anything hurts — and then we begin.
What the session is
Forty-five minutes. You lie on your back, fully clothed, and I work with hands placed lightly on or just above the body, from the head to the feet, in a set sequence. No conversation during. Most people are asleep or nearly asleep within ten minutes. At the end I let you lie for a moment before saying anything. Then I'm gone — you don't have to make conversation, or see me out.
Discretion
This matters to a lot of the people I work with, so I'll be plain about it. I don't discuss who I see. I don't post. I arrive as a visitor, not a service, and hotel staff don't need to know why I'm there. If you're with family or colleagues who don't need to know, the session takes less than an hour and looks, from outside the door, like a rest.
Where I come to
Cannes, Le Cannet, Mougins, Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Nice and the villages behind them are included in the price. Monaco, Saint-Tropez and further along the coast I come to on request, with a small travel addition we agree in advance. Yachts at anchor in the bay of Cannes or off Antibes: yes, tender from the port is fine.
When it's most useful
The first day or two after a long flight — that's the Arrival Reset, and it's the single most useful time to do this. Before a big evening, when you want to arrive at dinner as yourself rather than as the person who just did three calls. The morning after, for obvious reasons. And midway through a stay, when the holiday has finally started to feel like one and you'd like it to go deeper.
One thing I'll say: if you have a medical condition that travel affects, or something that needs a doctor, do that first. This is a complementary practice — it works alongside care, not in place of it.
What the room needs and doesn't
A bed and a door that closes. That's the list. It doesn't need to be tidy, quiet outside, or prepared in any way — I've worked in hotel rooms with a suitcase open on the floor and a conference call happening next door, and the session was fine. If there's a choice, shutters down and the air on. If there isn't, it doesn't matter.
FAQ
Can you do a Reiki session in my hotel room? Yes. That's the most common format I offer on the Riviera. You need a quiet room and 45 minutes; I bring everything and leave quietly afterwards.
How much does an in-home Reiki session cost on the French Riviera? €180 for a 45-minute session, travel within Cannes, Antibes and Nice included. Monaco and Saint-Tropez on request with a small travel addition agreed in advance.
Is a hotel Reiki session discreet? Entirely. I arrive as a visitor, don't discuss clients, and the session looks like a rest from outside the door. Nothing about it is visible or announced.
If you're here now
Message me on WhatsApp with where you're staying and a window that suits you. Same-day and next-day are often possible. €180, and if it's your first 48 hours on the coast, ask for the Arrival Reset.
